Riviera Beach was purchased in 2001 after David and Martha Dore had moved their RV camper to the Riviera area for a quiet get a way from Port Aransas.
While exploring the area David saw riviera beach trailer park and stopped to meet the owner. He was impressed with the size and cleanliness of the lots and the potential of extra land. After convincing Martha that it was a good investment, then he persuaded his cousin Alice to invest with us.
Since then he has added 20 RV lots, boat barns, remodeled the house and laundry and built a new club house with several large BBQ pits.
Not sure about the investment idea but it has been fun to see the park grow and flourish over the years. It has become our home for 6 months out of the year and we love sharing it with our permanent residents and our Winter Texans.
